its plastic, what would be the best stuff to use, i was thinking of melting over some of the plastic to fill the hole.

Do you think it is even worth it to patch it, or should i just get a new one. The hole isn't that bad.

JB Weld is even better than zip ties and duct tape.

When my stock plastic POS radiator cracked, I used everything under the sun to try to repair it. The thing that worked best was a radiator repair kit that was like fiberglass. It came with a matting material and the resin. That held for about 6 months and the crack was around one of the top mounts, so it was hard to patch it. Patch it if you have to, but do yourself a favor and get a 2or 3 core metal radiator soon.
