parts for ls/vtec
my quest for ls vtec is almost done, but I still am not sure which ecu/harness, axles, or mounts to use to swap the 91 ls/vtec into a 5th gen civic. so if anyone can help me out with this info as well as the parts, thanks guys

Re:parts for ls/vtec
Integra Axles, and HCP B-series mounts for your car. I think there's a write-up on the Main Page...

Re:parts for ls/vtec
Ehhh for a eg civic all you need is all the stock mounts from a 3rd gen integra. Don't need no fancy pants billet urethane expensive marked up priced mounts :P

Re:parts for ls/vtec
use your existing harness from the eg. and u need an obd1 distributor and ecu if u didnt already know that. if your car wasnt an si. then u have to run wires for vtec and vtec pressure.

Re:parts for ls/vtec
I was trying to figure out too if I could get a obd1 (90-93) GSR ECU and run that. then I wont need a relay for vtec. but I would probably need ot chip it to spin to the ls's 8200 and to get a more appropriate fuel map.

Re:parts for ls/vtec
Your going to rev the stock ls bottem end to 8200?? You better say hello to oval shaped cylinders

Re:parts for ls/vtec
of coarse I am. I hear of everyone revving their ls/vtec's to 8500 all the time. so I figured that by setting the limit at 8200 aught to be a safe bet
