My First car was an 84 Rabbit Diesel... that was the last year that vokswagon made anything that was worth ----.

i dunno man, my first was an '80 jetta. fuel injected, pea green...don't get much better.
i think it had about 80hp.

.. Thats what I was saying the early 80's Volkwagons were the ----... Great gas milage and tougher then a friggen tank.

theres been a few posts where there was a "the only good volkswagons are aircooled" bandwagon. I guess 50mph down the highway and breaking down all the time owns

I suppose that having to adjust the valves every oil change owns too. :P
