Part 2 of the swap almost done.
Ok so after Friday night I had the engine ready to pull and just needed the lift to get going.
Saturday morning the hoist got there and I pulled out the Z6.
I hooked up the B16 to the hoist and got it out of the truck and ready to drop into the car.
I wasnt sure how was easyest but I figured I would just try it with all the mounts on and pull it out if that didnt work.
With some help from my brother I was able to drop it in and get it into place with all the mounts.
Then after about 4 hours of hooking everything up and rechecking everything it was almost ready to start.
We checked the timing and it was on dead set. Pretty good cause we had to pull the distributor to put it on the hoist.
Only thing left to do is put the axels on and mount the wheels and its time for a drive.
Engine started and ran perfectly on the second try. First one I didnt have the starter plug on tightly enough.
Finaly I have my B16a Sir II in and almost ready to drive.

You seem to be doing pretty good, things only take for me because Im so disorganized that I spent 75% of my time looking for sockets or wrenches or if a bolt is in a really hard to get spot
Good luck though, hope you got a good motor
