Cops are useless. Try bitching to your local news stations about it. If they decide to report on it, the junkyard will work with you just to stop the bad press and the cops will be more inclined to do something as well.

The reports "car stolen and junkyard/cops don't help at all" would not look good in the eyes of public.

targa top means you can pull the window back easilly to gain teh acess.. either way a honda thief will steal a civic in under 2 minutes..
