this entire case has been a cluster ---- from the start.. but its fine.. maybe on appeal we get a judge who isnt too ----- to go against the gov.. even tho thats what cooke did in sentencing.. she practically shat in the governments face.. when the gov asks for life and my dad gets 8 years... but still.. a misstrial should have been called a LONG time ago.. alot of witnesses should have never gotten to the jury.. and alot of bullshit like binladens tape and tapes of 9/11 should have never gotten to the jury either.. but thats fine.. w/e were all happy.. cant wait till appeal..

so, isn't the way that the sentence structure works h will only have to server like 1/3 of that before possible parole?

my buddy got 10 years for meth manufacture and only did 3 years, but of course he got sent back for shooting holes in the walls of his house...... :1

I'm sorry about your dad Buk, I was just trying to point out that a rally cry for an accused Arab (in these days and times) isn't going to go over that well with American ideology being so anti-Arab and anti-Islam. Thanks to the current admin and the media, point a finger at an Arab and he's got the same chances as a convicted killer, whether he is involved or not. It's a sad state of affairs, but it's how things are in Christian-conservative neo-nazi white America.

btw my dads lawyer shaved another year off my dads sentence.. 7 years now.. they expect it to drop alot more.. and lawyers trying to get him out on bail till appeal..
