Meh, It looks like it was involuntary punch. First reaction when someone kicks your dog/kid/sister/grandpa/grandma/cat/dragon/monkey you beat that ----------er down.

100% justified. The retard didn't look like that young of a "kid" anyway. There was a 9 year old playing tough guy in a game of football with Baby bin laden recently, and I quickly theatened him to invite his dad over.
