well as the subject says i got owned by an srt4. i was just minding my own business going to get some money from the bank. as i was signaling in and about to turn the ****** comes and cruises past me and revv's on me. so i chase him down. was in third at 60. and u know how it is in a single. fucken slow. and we went at it even at first then he pulls like three cars and stays there. yeah whatever no excuses. but im going for him once i get boosted. i lost to a neon

yeah im just waitin on some lil stuff right now....the bov from renr and my downpipe flange from bmc...hopefully it'll get here by next week......so ill be boostin in about two weeks....im gonna go look for that bastard....haha pisses me off even though it was an srt4...but thats just a boosted neon....hahaha my car is a pos...

I cant beat an srt4 in my cars current state. First gear I kick its ***. Second it pulls like 2 cars.

dont get me wrong blind but isnt your car boosted??but like i think if we would have went heads up from a dead stop i think i would have been pretty close to that guy.....cause dont turbo cars pull harder at higher speeds...or you think he just ran out of steam and couldnt pull anymore...cause honestly i thought they were fast....cause i have a pos d16z6 with just an i/h/e a web cam i think haha....a aem cam gear and a chipped ecu....but whatever ---- it....that ***** gonna get pwned when i get boosted....ill post pics when im done with my setup....what do those things run in the 1/4 mile anyways?

What makes a Neon a piece of ----?

Obviously I drive a neon(other wise I wouldnt ask). But I guess I dont seem to get why people think neons or srt4's are pieces of crap.

Okay lemme get this straight.

you go by "BoosTedZSix", and you don't have boost? makes sense... I guess.

Even if a boosted honda made as much hp as those SRT4s the honda would still be waaaaay lacking in torque. Sport Compact Car dyno'd a stock SRT4 and it made more torque than hp. like 240 ft/lbs at the wheels or some ---- like that. crazy.

And yeah, Blind is boosted. by a sc. that's why he beat the neon off the line and it took him in top end. I have nothing against neons... aside from the fact that I still look at them as a "girl" car but I like the look of those srt4s. Especially the widemouth front fascia with the frontmount. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

They are pieces of ----, or at least were. The old Neons used to fall apart as they drove down the street. Look at some of them the quality is just terrible. The paint falls off, they're rusting and break down every five feet. And those commercial STILL **** me off to this day. A car that says "hi" whos the ------- ad wizard that came up with this?

Look at some of the Honda complaints on this board, "my odometer broke at 400,000 miles." Show me a Neon who has this complaint about their car. If Dodge was smart and improved the Neon, they should have got rid of the Neon name so people know that what they have now is a better product with a higher quality of craftsmanship.

Plus I hate 4 door cars with a passion.
