It would have been much easier if he would have simply hung up his pass.

My previous apartment would tow your car if it didn't have a pass. It was rarely enforced, but it happened.

Seymour tried to enact a noise/sound law for loud cars last year. So far nothing has happened since all the bikers took it to council. They still "after two years" have not came to a conclusion. So my car being a loud bitch is still legal

If they ever try some kinda buillshit like that here i'm buying a lock picking set and will leave the boots in the spot they were put on at. or just some bolt cutters. doubt it will happens since every other vehicle down here in south texas is some huge piece of ---- lifted goat ****** hick truck :1

---- yes!!!!!!!!!! I high school (about 10 years ago)we cut one off of a car in the parking lot with a torch, and then we welded it back together and left it in the parking spot. we had to pay the $10 fine but it was worht it. we got in alot of trouble for that one......lol

I've been talking with DOLLY MAN back and forth over email, and he okay'd me to give an update here:

APS is threatening legal action and sending him threats telling him to send them his attorney's information... though he hasn't received anything actually written by an attorney. Because of this, he is laying low while he confers with his attorney.

He is continuing to discuss the situation with a variety of news outlets, and as the story ------s it becomes more and more likely that someone is going to pick it up.

He will be back with updates as soon as he gets the okay legally.
