No matter how shitty you are at managing your bank account it will NEVER go on your credit report. Obviously your bank might not want to give you a loan of any kind if they see how you are with your checking account, but any other bank will have no idea.
My bank will ---- you in the *** if you go negative.
Let's say you write a $100 check, a $600 check, and you use your debit card to make 5 seperate $5 transactions at the gas station. You have $500 in your bank account. Instead of clearing the 5 seperate $5 transactions and the $100 check, they will bounce the $600 check putting you in the negative by $100. Then they will bounce all 6 of the other transactions. So instead of getting one single $33 NSF fee they nail you with 7 of them for a total of $231. Banks are notorious for that ----. I learned to keep my account in the positive at all times.
EDIT: I guess you were talking about not EVER paying it. Yes, that will ---- your credit up once it hits collections and even if you pay it off at that point it will still make your credit look like ----.

not only do the overdraft fees suck when you get them but my bank charges $1 a day for the first 5 days then they start charging you $5 a day after that so if you cant bring the account up to positive fast enough they ---- you in the ***.

Re: ------- overdraft fucked me.
bank of america is real bad about that ---- too, i paid 1300 in fees once because it took longer for my check to "clear" than i thought and basically everytime i used the atm they charged me for the money i took out, an overdraft fee, then anouther overdraft fee because of the 1.50 atm fee, but thankfully there is a law that they can only jew you with like 5 or six overdraft fee's in one day.
