There is a guy in www.clublexus.com and www.lextreme.com that is selling a single turbo manifold for the 1UZFE! $400 buckaroos...or best offer..
Good luck with the project and keep us posted.

I'm not a big fan of that deisgn.

I was planning on flipping the headers and running it sorta like this

I'd like to get the SSAC Tundra headers. They hold up real well, aparently

Hooray, the 1UZ-FE is a nice engine. Few things sound better than a turbocharged cross-plane V8.

Wes' started puking oil around the 8K mile mark.

Stevo's... we got 2 hours into tuning, and the compressor nut backed off.

If you find a used one that pukes a little oil, but no wheel-housing interaction, it is probably worth the price of sending it off to Blaast for their $250 rebuild.

I got a Holset H1E. Not the SSAC T70.

No. The rails are gnarly. I want to get them media blasted. I was going to wait until I have all the parts to be blasted, and have them done at once to save a few bucks. Tore the interior, dash, accessories out. I was kindof surprised at the luxury features this piecer had: A/C and cruise control. Nothing worth taking a pic of, unless you like looking at moldy carpets and 30 years worth of accumulated dust in heater cores. :P

I don't think this car is going to end up with a heater or a stereo.

I know, but I find it important to shed perspective on those turbos, since I was one of the people initially saying they had good results with them. The truth is, an SSAC turbo is a 50-50 diceroll. I'd buy a rebuildable used one for peanuts in a heartbeat, though... the T70 spools like hell on H22!
