I could never stick a needle in my body and I'll fight like hell if I ever have to have a needle inserted into my body. ---- that. Very little scares me, but needles are one of my biggest fears. Snakes, spiders, and needles are my worst fears. 
I'd rather wrestle a bear than a snake and I'd rather cut my arm open with a knife than stick a needle in it to draw blood.
