Yea mostly all of us have. I believe what he is selling is a resistor to go inline with your IAT sensor, fooling the engine into thinking that it's cold all the time, therefore throwing in more fuel. This method actually does increase horsepower, but you're lucky to get 1 HP out of it. Mostly it just reduces your gas mileage.
