yeah man, what have you got to lose? your single and no kids, you get to take chances like that, even if you did get fucked, you can always find new room mates easily and actually i've found that the best room mates are the ones that you don't really know, cause they don't feel like the can get over on you b/c you've known them forever.

He's not smart enough to do anything technical like that. He doesn't even have a car, probably because he doesn't know how to drive. He loves sports though. Whenever he is watching a game he leaves his door wide open and ------- SCREAMS the entire time the game is playing. He acts like he is the ------- coach or something. "GO FOR IT, SHOOT IT, YEAH, NO DON'T DO THAT, NOW GO TO THE RIGHT, NO NOW SHOOT IT, NO PASS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING, SHOOT IT, JUMP, OH MY GOD, GO FOR IT, YEAH, OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!"<<<at the top of his lungs.

All I read was the first post so I won't be biast with my answer because of something someone else posted. So that being said I would go for it. If that guy fucked you around another time with an apartment or house or however. I would just get his name put on the lease to rent. That way if he takes off it is still all on him, you can pick up and go without no troubles. I hope this isn't a double post

His name will be on the lease, but it was on the last one too. 
I'm not real worried about that part. Just think, if he does move out, I have a giant garage all to myself. 
One thing I am worried about is qualifying for the lease. The last guy I tried to get a house with was turned down because of his credit. They wouldn't even let him live with me. My buddy has some shaky credit, so I don't know. I could put it all in my name, but they are strict about knowing who is living in the house. It would look a bit funny trying to rent a 3 bedroom house for just myself.

how 'bout this: wait 4 years, I'll find a job in that tiny town you live in, I'll live there with you and I'll break your ---- when we try to work on your car. from you first post I can see that your mind is mostly made up, but you want us to bring something up to make you turn sharply in one direction or the other, that's not going to happen here on hmt, we dont' love the drama.
