Both people have to be on the same page. It doesn't work if one person is just going along with it because the other one wants to. "Open" relationships is just a different way of saying dating, in my mind.

I can't see a marriage not being like that, after 3-5 years the same vagina gets a little boring. Ask any of your married friends if you don't believe me. Hell, it's no secret that Steve's second kid is actually Colin's.

The trick is to find someone you enjoy talking to and enjoy nice once a week familiar married sex with, then go out and discreetly rail -----s you've prescreened at the clinic for VD. As long as she's not public about it, railling your friends, or disrupting the kid's lives, turn a blind eye to her extracurricular affairs.

I have an open relationship right now. I pretty much told her that I sleep with random chicks and im not inclined to change. She said she was ok with that. things are great right now. Committment just isn't for me at this point.

They're fine, I suck at the whole real relationship thing because I lack the ability to form emotional attachments other than a built logical respect for the person. That doesn't work for vaginas.

It gets better when you're my age, rawr, women expect you to be emotionally unavailable after you've a few more years experience putting up with their bullshit. Just some superficial conversation with bonus points if you're funny, feel free to be an intermittant ------- with them or random peoiple around you, and they ------ their legs like double doors when you push the handicapped button at the mall. The less emotional attachment you display the more likely they are to sleep with you, and the less likely they are to pester you afterward.

All relationships are open to a point. I fail at emotional attachment to women so they know not to expect to much from me. The key is to never drop the L-bomb and to place emphasis that all women are equally meaningless to you.

in the past, i was fucked up pretty much 24/7. so i would have considered them open "relationships" since i was for the most part talking to/hanging out with the same girl

I don't think you can put the word "open" and "relationship" together...I don't really think you can be having a RELATIONSHIP with a woman and you or her are still out having sex with other people. It wouldn't work for me because I personally don't care ANYTHING about having sex with a condom on. It totally defeats the purpose. What's the point in even wasting your energy having sex with a female if you don't get to feel that WET, WARM, GUSHY cooter?? I wouldn't mind being able to ---- other girls without any problems, but if it were like that, that would mean my gf would be able to ---- other guys and no ------- way would I be able to deal with that.
