I've done Ottawa to London in 5 hours flat. That was the second day my heap was on the road. It sucks that all my ---- will be installed by the time I get there, that shopspace sounds nice.

Ya, Last Aaron was nice and central, but I'm out in the country, have plenty of space, and all the tools (except a TIG, but who knows by then!)

There will definitely be any D&D so we may leave the partying till night. We'll throw a few logs in the fire pit, pull out the lawn chairs and hotdogs and sing "Coombia" till we fall over!

I dont wanna be militant and sound like a complete dick, but when I started the Ontario HMT meet Last year Aaron was nice enough to have everybody over at his place for the meet, this year Josh and his dad were nice enough to let us use their place for the meet, so please I'm asking everyone to be on their best behaviour when you do come, it reflects on both me and you.

Need I remind you these meets are not only about tuning, they are made to get to know your slowly expanding Ontario HMT community, we differ from the Honda tech meets in alot of ways, one being that everyone works together and you dont have small groups of guys standing around talking ---- about the other group, this is why I set these meets up, because I enjoy to see the teamwork and effort being put in to helping the guy beside you do his install. It is not easy setting up meets like this, you need to find a location, a good time so it does not interfere with peoples schedule, and have everything inline beforehand so people dont show up to the meet not knowing what to do.

I hope this clarifies things for all of you who are planning to attend, because of the conditions that permit for camping outdoors and this being a 2-3 day event, it is my responsibility to see that things go smoothly and people get along, I'm hoping for this turnout to be great, and the reason I am announcing it so early is so people who have work/other stuff to do have all this time to plan around it.

I know its kinda early for this but I would like to start to get a list going of anybody who plans to do an install at the meet, reason for this being is we need to know what you already have/what you need, so josh can possibly get materials ready for you, you need to however be 100% sure you are coming and doing the install since material is not free. I will also be talking to Aaron to see if he's coming and maybe he can bring some Flanges/90o elbows.

So let me know.

and please keep the alcohol to a minimum, this is not a party guys its a meeting with your fellow HMT guys off the board, if you want to hit the clubs/bars in london this can be done sunday night and I will be more than happy to join all of you to celebrate the end of the 2006 HMT Ontario meet, it would be cool if we could all get HMT T shirts made for this. I will bring a camera as well, this should be an awesome turnout.

i just looked on mapquest and it said it would be a 5 1/2 hour drive to ontario from columbus,oh....so as long as i trust my hatch i will be there....but i doubt i will have a turbo put on by then.....but you never know....lol....still i would love to show up i think it will be a blast.....

You can always get the kit on at the meet, just take it easy on the way home, the last thing we need is you throwing a rod 5 hours from home.

well thats cool....i guess i should start collecting parts now....lol....but yea i should have my engine in my project this coming weekend so ill have plenty of time to get the car on the road safely.....anyhow keep me updated on the meet......
