This is the second installment of the meal (finished the whole package aside from a bite my gf took):

It's funny because bacon becomes dryer when it get cooked in a fryer. I'm pretty sure it's better (never gonna be good) for our body to eat it fried than cooked in a skillet or microwave. I worked 5 years in a breakfast restaurant and when people asked well cooked bacon, I was dropping it in the fryer A few people can tell the difference between normal cooking and fryer cooking.
