Your car is smoking and oil is pouring out of the exhaust??? :o Ummmm I would have to say it is more serious than high oil pressure. Do a compression check. I bet you have some fried rings. I don't think it is possible for a high oil pressure problem to cause those problems. How high was your oil pressure?

He says his is dripping from the exhaust. Was yours dripping or were you just blowing blue smoke? If its dripping oil out the exhaust then you are introducing oil into the exhaust stream AFTER the cumbustion chambers. I know this because if it was in the comb. chambers or before somehow, it would be burned, not dripping. CHeck your seals on the turbo and there should be a pin hole kinda valve that regulates the amount of oil that can get into a turbo. Too much too fast could cause it to blow over.

yea, too much feed pressure can blow the oil right past the turbo seals

yah it wasnt really oil completly but it had a condensation like watery/oil (not carbon from the exhaust) coming out with the smoke
