I have a used turbo and for the love of god i can't get the "hot" side of the dang thing to come off!! I've tried everything! any suggestions?!

climb on the roof of your house and drop it on the driveway. unless you have a dirt driveway, then it wouldnt do anything but make it dirty.

I don't want to damage anything tho. Especially the those fins. is there a DIY for rebuilding a t3 anywhere?!

try a heat gun and a rubber mallet.

a vise, and a big hammer... Loosen the bolts and just start banging away on the exhaust housing. It will come off and it doesnt hurt anything to beat the ---- out of the exhaust housing. Cast iron is pretty tough.
