Yes it is real.Its frome one of those "red light cameras".My wife used to work at citation prossesing center.She used to allways have some really narly picts just like that one.

Why is there no dent/damage to the car? Surely a human body is going to do some damage to a vehicle, especially from what it looks like in the picture.
