ok lemme give it a try.
his"brother" was speeding, acting like a ricer and burned out and whatnot into an in n out parking lot. the cops saw this, and dude parked the car and left. cops wrote down plates, now this jackass is scared of what cops will do. :1

ok first of all why the ---- would you turn your self in, thats admitting guilt.
just have him live his life and then when he does eventually get arrested dont say ANYTHING!. they have the burden of proving it was him that ran from the cops. and from what i read right now all they have is his car but no proof he was driving it. and if they dont have a warrant out for his arrest then they just cant arrest him for it after the fact.
why do you people make it so easy for the police to get a conviction,
