that flange is lookin pret...wait its not that there...you should jbweld that turbo on there...true hmt style

I got the head flange from BMC racing and I had a local machine shop make my t25 flange.

that looks good.. two questions though.
1. what type of pipe did you use?
2. i think you welded too much.. wheres the turbo go?

I bought the weld els from a plumbing store, $34, and they are 40 schedule steel 1 1/2" thick. I havn't welded the turbo flange on yet b/c I want to put it on my engine so I know exactly what angle and and position to put it, I"m keeping my a/c,thats why I made it in the first place.

1 1/2" in diameter I think you mean, not thick. Looks good I think, just get it powerdercoated or whatever when you are done!
What car is this going on with what turbo.... a friend of mine is going to make my mani for t3 and 99 Integra keeping the ac.

Yes, 1 1/2 diameter, ment to say that.. I think powdercoating will melt under the heat. I had a shifter that was powdercoated and I did some welding on it, and it melted it all around where I welded it, and the manifold is gonna get a whole lot hotter than that. It's going on my 93 civic coupe.
