ok custom seat mounts, how thick steel should i go? Im trying to put my tenzo R rally seats into my accord, the stock seats are really worn and dont support worth anything...

my aftermarket ones are 3/8 in.

depends on how thick you are ::) , the ones i made i used 3/8ths also

steel ? i used them homedepot aluminum ones with holes already in them lol

I used the Stock Rails and fabbed up some brackets and ---- out of 1/4"X2" Flat Bar

wow your right. im not much into seats so i proiblby didnt understand. im planning on just getting some gsr leather
