Oil pan!!!!

Hey guys I recently went under my 96 Accord, and notice that my oil pan was wet around the where the pan meets the block, and I figure it's time to change the gasket, my question is this should be the only thing causing this drama right??? when I say wet, thats what I mean it's wet but not dripping, and would I really need to remove my exhaust manifold to remove the pan??? thanks
