oil feed kit from local turbo shop

i was just wondering yalls opinion. my local turbo shop, turbo specialties, hes these custom made bolts that you put in your oil pump so you get oil directly form your oil pump. what do yall think

how much does it cost? i did mine from mcmaster.com for $45 shipped.
