oh ---- oh ----!!!
so the seo attacked a car yesterday, i think it lost...
i was heading to class, and traffic comes to a sudden hault, slam on the breaks, and i just keep on sliding forward, til the gs300 helped me come to a stop
i really cant see a damn thing other than paint and light scratches on his bumper. but the poor seo didnt fair as well.
**so i just got off the phone with the guy. says his back is hurting a bit
im not sure what hes looking for or wanting to do. supposed to get an estimate on his car tomorrow. i need to find out what the deductible is on my insurance..i think.
i have no clue how this works really, someone enlighten me?
bah.im not looking to pay anyones damn medical bills.
he said hes not looking to screw me over, just to get this settled and move on...then went on to say i need to focus on my studies, and to graduate that we need more latinos with an education.
so idk if this guy is being sincere or trying to pull my leg.. ill hope for the better.
what do you guys think?

I hope for you he doesn't have medical bills.
Insurance should cover everything but it will makes your rates go up a lot.
Try to settle outside of it. Will probably be at least $200 and up to get the bumper fixed. Could be a lot more, who knows. GL

damn it i hope its in the 200 area, lol.
you cant really tell anything happened to his bumper. you could probably buff that ---- off. if he tries to claim medical crap ill have to go through the insurance company.
how long does he have to make a claim? accident was thursday, no claim as of yet.
and what if say the car is under my dads name but i was in the accident and im not in the policy, his rate would still go up?

why do you guys say im fucked?
mike law says car has to be insure, which it is.....
im hoping he doesnt start complaining anymore about being hurt. traffic wasnt going that fast, i stopped a great deal before impact as you can tell by looking at his bumper.

car has to be insured, but if you are not an insured driver then the car is not insured.
if your dads insurance says it covers any driver then you are cool, but most insurances need drivers to be named. if you are not a named driver then
