Odd Question but i need an opinion
i know this is an odd question an a turbo site, but its important, Well i was thinking, i have an 89 civic cx with an si conversion, i want it to stay in the condition it is in, but i'm starting to see some surface rust form on the floor under the carpet, so if i was to take out the whole interior, sand down all the rust and then buy that stuff at an automotive store, the spray on undercoating rubber, would that work? and would it also help with eliminating road sound?

this stuff is guarneteed to stop rust. Paint it over the rust.. the more rust the better the adhesion. you can bondo, undercoat , paint , whatever you like right over it...

I wonder if it is the same amount of rust as the rex that Beau had. If so, I would say get rid of it. Rust work and body work is a bitch. Especially if you need new floor pans and other body pieces. My uncle owns a body shop, and he says that rust is the worst thing to work with. If you dont get it all when you go to repair it, then it will come back.

ah yes the good ol race hf that turbohf sold me i sat in it and it was like sitting inthe flintstone car(feet on the ground) hey dustin i payed 300 but you only gave me 280 back you owe me 20bucks
