Get some real fuel managements. either RC 440 or DSM 450cc's along with wither VAFC, hondata, uberdata, turboedit or standalone...

I dont think you'll need the octane booster as it will do very little for you. Just make sure your engine is tuned using the 91 octane.

toulene you can usually find at Columbia Paints or similar paint stores... some places can be ****** about selling it b/c its an ingredient for making meth. I used to mix one gallon to a full tank, works pretty good! more importantly though is that after using toulene in my old motor just twice, and after swaping out the motor and inspecting the intake mani and runners, the toulene seem to clean all the gunk out... shiney runners inside on a 140K motor! i was really surprised.
