octane
 
Whats a good octane to run on boost ive heard alot of people say use 87-89 is that true. ???

boost=more heat/possible timing issues. higher octone lowers detonation.

the lower the octane you run without knock the more power you will make. Octane ratings are simply its resistance to combust and also detonate.

Generally 91+ pump is fine for lower boost levels.

So if im gonna run 10 pounds wit 450 inj & T3 on a street tune what octane should i run

yea i know i usualy run all motor but u know how fools get when u have a fast ass stock car my ---- got jacked so i decided just to play wit a lil bit of boost. I get single cams for free so ---- it if it blows. Ive just heard single cams have alot of potential on boost if done right.

Nope, no wagon. Just a pair of SOHC escort hatches.
