hey bone.. i have been wanting to use one of those OBX's in my zc tranny forever!! i know i have to use the crx si one but i dont want to go back to unequal length axles.. anyway around this or could i use one from a cable B or something??

There are quite a few guys out here that have been using them for a while. One a prominent shop owner with a 500+whp civic who seems to like it a lot.

your screwed then.

IF your lucky you might find a Cusco or Mugen DOHC ZC LSD, but it won't be cheap. Go OBX, small axle seals, normal axles.

While a cable diff itself will fit in the tranny, there are three MAJOR ISSUES to why it won't work. Don't worry why, it just won't.

been a issue since the first JDM ITR trannys hit the dragstrip.

if the ITR diff breaks does it take out the whole tranny/case?

i can see why they wouldnt work.. shimming it and bearing size.. so you think it would be worth it to swap out to one and back to unequales? i have been looking for a zc diff forever.. they are hard as ---- to find
