They are not the same company and their products are not exactly the same. They are both cheap Chinese products though if that's what you wanted to hear.

Most of all the honda china stuff is done in the same foctories just labeled different so you have more market demand
Turbos new dont cost 200 manifolds dont cost 100 intake manifolds dont cost 100 Support people who build for the love of building and have race cars,dynos etc Every seen obx,ssautochrome with dynos or cars at the track that perform nope Know why it doesnt make power |

OBX LSD is good stuff but you have to go over it before install to double check everything is tight etc.
