seems to me both parties failed to follow through.

BAC never followed up on whether JD filed the paperwork

JD filed the paperwork and never took it upon himself to make sure it was squared away

I didn't start this or the other recent thread. $150 isn't ---- to me, I'm not sweating the money but it's the principle of the thing. All I wanted out of the situation was Tony banned from selling here, and as soon as that was accomplished I told everyone in my beater thread to STFU about it the topic was closed. TONY is the one making threads and bitching, I've already stated I don't want to hear it.

Basically, you've taken a point that doesn't exist because I'm not the one bitching.
