No, it's unlike switching from OBD0 to OBD1 where you do have to do that. You only need the OBD2B-to-OBD1 jumper harness and an OBD1 ECU, most popular being the P28 from '92-'95 SOHC VTEC EX/Si's with a program of choice (chrome, neptune, custom, etc..).

As imburne mentioned, you bypass the secondary O2 sensor at the cat. You also bypass the air intake sensor on the intake pipe and I believe a secondary oil pressure sensor.

Where? Cheapest I can find is Katmans jumper harness, which I think is like $70-$80.

ebay nogger.....or just make your own with xenocrons do it yourself kit...
