Boosting a GSR motor though might be sweet as hell. I only have about a year left...unless my extension package goes through...so i might just have to ---- one of those motors up.

Had a good time at the dyno day. Here's some of the pics I took.
Halfway through the day, Jeff and my brother Mike went to get some beer. Mike found some off road worthy lawn on the way.
Beau, Steve, Jeff and Mike G. turned Mikes Pathfinder into a beer garden
The new shop owner seemed pleased.
Then it was off the the Corral, where big and small come to stuff there fat cake holes w/ greasy bulk goodness.
Jeff had his traditional plate of icecream.
Some of you might remember the "I dont need no turbo...", Manager of the Golden Corral. He likes to show us pictures of his award winning roadster.
Jeff didnt seem as impressed.
Tony and Mike were sneaky, and grabbed some souvenirs.
I was pretty happy w/ making my goal of 400 on pump gas. If it lasts until the end of summer, Ill call it a success.
I installed a bigger WG spring the day before (AVCR's freak out when you try and go past double the spring pressure), and boost seems to ramp in slower than it did before. Id like to blame it on the AVC-HypeR controller.
7psi at 5500, 15@ 6500, and the full meal deal 18psi @ 7000. You could call this a form of traction control for 3rd gear.
The interesting thing was the TQ peaking up around 8-8.5k. All logs showed steady boost. Guess the VictorX/Pripper Topmount/ITR cam combo likes to work good up there.
(my WB offset was off by .5), But I will say that the 550's were wide the ---- open up top. Leaned out to 12.0 by the end of the run.
My secret ingredient was the top mount my brother made for me.
Steve's car suprised me. I thought for sure it was gonna be 350-360ish based on the dirty 3rd it was laying down on DR's. Turns out, it was just that tasty TQ spike the broke them loose.
Dont know why it wouldnt carry TQ very well after 7500. Must be that baller IM and B16 cams, hahah.
His GT35 absolutely destroyed my SC61 in the spool department. I need to try one of them out someday.
One of my favorite dyno runs of the day was deff. 460Turbotruck's giant 460 powered 4x4. Sounded mean, and looked like it wanted to launch off the dyno when they nailed it at WOT. The carb fire was a bonus too
The green coupe was Kyle's, I dont know where Jeff got Danny from? lol
Very simple setup that he put together for around $400 total. Classic HMT for sure, and it made some solid power. You could set your beer on the TQ curve.
(slight boost creep does the boat anchor H22 nicely)
