Forgive me, but I must ------- vent. First the ---- with my damn D series and its broken block threads. Well now the new motor has a bolt that was broken in the block (near the water pump) that was broken off by someone else!!

So I get out the tap and remove bit, and that ****** breaks...

Now I have a hole, with a bolt, and half of a bit in it...

One machine shop told me they would not be able to get it out, I goto get a second opinion in the morning. Here is hoping...

 

grind the spot flat and then drill it again with a very small sharp bit and SLOWLY go in and SLOWLY get BIGER

 

You still have home made experience to earn. If I had a broken bolt in my pee hole it wouldn't be ----. Improvise
