Not so good gas milage, what could cause this?

I have been getting some not so good gas milage on 91 octane too.

Rebuild B16A 16dgrees timing (stock as per manufacture) running off a stock p28 map (maybe this could be it)
Cometic head gasket 9.7:1 CR
Brand new spark plugs, and O2 sensor, plugs have a gray/brownish tinge, burn the fuel perfect, so why am I using up so much fuel in the city, I never got a chance to see how the car does on the highway yet, but ok from 3/4 of a tank I am almost near empty and did just 277 kilomiters, I say I can pull off about 320-340 before I hit empty.

What else could cause bad gas milage? I dont have an EGR system, I just unhooked my PCV system and vented it to the atmosphere, I'll see if that helps any.

I have not yet changed the fuel filter, could this cause bad gas milage?

What do you guys think, because I cant seem to think of anything else that could be causing this.

I haven't been getting good mileage on the stock dx lately (315 miles/tank), so today I decided to put more air in my tires. Going from 20psi to the max of 44psi should help. :-X

Check for fuel leaks at the rail too.

and then only take 1 shower a week and share the same towel with your ass dirty girlfriend for 2 weeks at least, then steal a towel rack before you leave.

instant 30mph for any v8 equipped vehicle.

well stop and go in the city is not gonna help out your gas milage.. but the map could defiently do it... get a wideband on there and see whats up.

eh, i don't believe that. the mullet dyno says it'll be at least a 46.5hp gain in a V8

what trans are you using martin?

i only get 300-350 on my crx. (d16a6/Si trans). I would think that your milage is ok actually! lol.

320-340 from 3/4 tank isn't bad.
