Not Good
Well it looks like the last four days of -30 temps have finally taking it's toll on my civic. I think the crank seal blew on my D15 as I have oil that apears to be leaking between the tranny and the block. But the thing is that when I finally got the hood open (it was froze shut) it had oil sprayed on the hood on the tranny side and it looked likre it was leaking mostly from the top side between the trany and the block. Is there any other seal that could have blown on tranny side of the engine? This really sucks ass cause there is no way I'm going to attempt to pull the tranny off in a driveway full of snow when it's -20 outside. I'm going to wipe everything down tomorrow, top it off with oil, run it, and check to see were it's comming out for sure. I know I'm screwed but do you guys have any sugestions for me. I'm just happy I caught when I did and didn't run the damn dry out of oil.

Re:Not Good
Florida s got some nice temps to, cali's too expensive for em. Were hitting an average of high 70's during the day, sometimes hotter. Is soooo glad i dont have to deal with that. I cant beleive it cracked your seal, that really sucks, dang...
