Am I looking at wrong or is that using two wastegates?
How does this benefit the setup?

Attempting to control boost spikes when 1 isn't enough.

Not true. There's a guy around here has a built cobra with a turbo conversion on it, kept spiking from 27 pounds to 32 pounds, so he incorporated another wastegate and it fixed the problem.

I thought it was ok, but i definately saw some weak points in there engineering. If wallet was a factor at all which im sure it wasnt, they could have done some better plumbing to alleviate using 90 degree silicones which are expensive. the 2nd problem was where they had some of them located, They could easily rub the frame and begin to rip. but i guess you need as much bling as you can when your doing a k series swap.
