Northeast Swap Day! Swap in my next (engine) victim! Jan 8th!
 
Well Hotrex is my hero. He is bringin his truck down to help me swap an engine out of my parts car and into my teg (in two different locations coincidentally).

We are gonna do this Sat. January 8th.

Pick up the engine in Spring Valley, NY at whatever time Hotcheeks can get there (hopefully he isnt too hung over from the night before). Drive it down to Ridgefield Park, NJ and drop it into my empty engine bay.

Hopefully we can get her fired right up and purring nicely.

Who's in?

Good to see some fellow HMTers and I know alot of you punks are home on vacation from school and ---- like that so you better come rep yo ----!

I'm free in the day. Don't know too much but would be glad to stop by, and learn, and enjoy, and help out if I can :D

Me and Xenocron have exchanged a few emails over aol about some tuning, but that will only be later this year.

But I'm down 8)

Ok, hotrex is off the hook for the camera, so somebody else betta step up!!

I'ma have to get some Ohio dudes together this spring/summer, can't let you guys have all the fun. My buddy and I are both in the process of putting kits together. I sold my first one before I ever put it on the damn car. Have to get Sinister and BlackDragon and any others in on dat shiet.

I might be able to squeeze a day off from work...maybe lol. How far is Ridgefield Park away from the Scanton PA area? All i know is it usually takes me about 1 1/2 hours to get to the NJ border :-\

Cool, there is a guy that is buying my ZC from me and he wants to do that in the spring, have to do MPFI conversion. Hopefully I will have my stuff together again in the next few months to turbo the hatch. I have most of my parts to convert my 240SX to manual trans and another buddy if putting together a kit for his 99 Civic EX. Hopefully this summer will be some fun wrenching on shiet.

lol, you do the swap after i move down south again for the winter :P...i dont think i have any plans, so maybe ill be there and we can play around tuning with the ostrich i got from my gf for christmas ;D

Sweet!!! I will be running both Uberdata and TurboEdit with this next engine so the Ostrich might be fun if we get it running easily.

As far as an address...I'm in Theft Capitol, USA so I would prefer not to post the addy to my garage in public.

The town is Ridgefield Park, NJ so you could map quest that.

I'll post the exact addy a couple days before the meet, but if you want it PM me an I'll give it to you.

Oh, I guess I should state...anyone who is not 21...BYOB, anyone who is over 21...I got ya covered ;)

I would be glad to, but a local guy gave me $250 down a couple of days before Xmas and said he would have the rest shortly after Xmas.

Ahh....Ridgefield....now i remember ::) My buddy went down there to see his aunt and lost his wheels in less than 2 hours of being down there :-\ For being the theft capitol of NJ, man they got some quick rides down there(and ghetto) ;)

my garage is pretty safe though...its behind a house and locked up pretty well

there are 3 other cars parked outside and 5 other garages with hooked up cars (VWs only) so someone is always coming/going and we look out for each other

plus the owner lives there and he knows who comes and goes

its pretty tight for only $90/month
