noooooo....... my favorite resturaunt closed down.
------- chopsticks closed down. its the only place in this area to get a decent bowl of pho (vietnamese noodles soup). the next place is like 80 miles away and its not even real asian food. ------- gay. but they are reopening as a sushi roll and pho shop so now i just gotta wait. im like addicted to pho. love that ----.

Re: noooooo....... my favorite resturaunt closed down.
My token asian buddy raves about pho. What the f' does it consist of exactly?
|
Re: noooooo....... my favorite resturaunt closed down.
um well mostly its rice noodles and beef and onions but i looked it up how to make it and the ---- looks impossible. i love it though.
|
Re: noooooo....... my favorite resturaunt closed down.
really it all depends on the type of soup you order. i think there is something like 10 different versions at chopsticks. but went i searched for it i found tons others. and its mostly an americanized thing now. its pretty distant from what they have in vietnam just because of the better quality ingredients used here. but its really hard to find a place that maes a really good bowl of it though.

i got the munchies right now. but i dont want to go asking for poo. #18 Combination FTW! Beef tripe, fatty flank, soft tendon, medium rare brisket and meatballs. Yeah, I live about 1 minute from Little Vietnam in Houston, and there's about 50 noodle houses in 1 square mile right near me. |
