Default Noobie to turbo's and HMT

Hey whats up. My name is Joseph and I was referred to HMT by a buddy that's gonna be helping me out with a boost project here in spring. I guess it's safe to say I'm a n00b when it comes to turbo set-ups. I've had a 89 CRX si with a ZC D16 SOHC swap and played around with a couple AP1 S2000's. I've always wanted to do a B18 Turbo build and slap it in a CRX. I know this is HMT but I kinda want to stray away from the "ghetoness" and more towards doing this right and proper BUT saving the most $ along the way....get my drift. I can use all the help I can get!!

Any suggestions on what's the best B18 motor I can start with? I dont want to swap out all major internals (pistons, crank, cams etc) unless I absolutely have to. I just want a standard bolt on turbo set-up that will give me a noticable HP gain but nothing TOO crazy. It's going to be a fun toy (not dragster) to cruise on the weekends and turn some heads. I'm wanting to run about 10-15psi or more if I can get away with it......so any info on the best turbo's and manifolds to go with this motor will be a great help to me.

Like I said, i have some knowledge of turbo's but nowhere near enough to do my own build on my own. Any and all information, links, whatever will help a lot!! Glad to be a member of HMT!!
