yes im new this is my first post i am a member on cb7tuner.com (under same name). I am doing my own homemade turbo. And i was looking at your FAQ and you can keep the ac with no problems at least on my car. And yall said not to? Why not? Just tie the lines up out of the way and you will be fine. Well any how i have a teo4h turbo going on my car with a p06 ecu (chipped with uberdata) with a dsm manifold and dsm 450ccs. Thanks

Re: noob

ac sucks, thats why no one uses it. take away from your power. the point is to make power. ;)

if you want to use it, then do it, dont come on here and say not to and we are wrong. if you can make it work, go for it.

welcome to homemadeturbo.com

I believe thats because the FAQ was created a little while ago mainly by guys who own 88-91 civic/crx's. 92+ civics have alot more room.

[qoute] Q.
Can I keep my AC when doing a homemade turbo project?

A.
We have tried a few times setting up a HF/STD kit supporting AC, with a few different turbos, and it will simply not work.

Well, they're talking about doing an HMT setup with an HF manifold on a D series. You did an HMT setup with a DSM manifold on an F series ;) Welcome to the site.
