Non-ricey "looking" muffler. Opinions, pics?
Looking for something that not only performs well but sounds good and does not have a huge friggin tip on it! I hate my pos 4.5" tipped rice mobile muffler but I got a good deal on it and well, it's time to change. Right now I have two, yes TWO mufflers on my car to tone it down but its still loud as hell. I took my old straight through muffler, capped it off and put it inplace of my testpipe lol. so it goes off the header> muffler#1> resonator> muffler#2 damn pos "universal" crap. Yes super restricted right now but it doesnt sound too bad just a little loud for my tastes. I know once I get my turbo installed it will tone it down quite a bit and I could probably put my test-pipe back on but it still has that ricer look yuck!
What do you have and what would you reccomend in a 3" size or even a 2.5 inlet? Looking for something that resembles factory but a 3" tip would be ok. I was looking at the design of the Greddy EVO I think it was but it still has a big *** tip on it. I have heard the Dyno Max Super Turbo mufflers sound good but will an offset inlet work? Welding isnt a problem just curious about fitment. Let me know thanks!

I guess I should clarify. This is on a 95HB. I'm thinking of going with a 3" Magnaflow oval from Kteller. right now I have 2.5" mandrel exhaust but I would rather go with a 3" inlet muffler (room for upgrades). But, after visiting my local rodshop they had a real nice looking good quality Edelbrock cutaway. The design makes sense as sound cancels itself out when it is split and then reunited. Nice price too I might just give it a whirl and post up the results.
