no title? can i lien it? need some advice. nsfw
if a car has no title, and is on someone i knows property. can i buy it from them and then lien it for a title?
how hard is this to do? cuz it would make a great project but i have to be able to register and drive it when im done.
anyone can give me some info i know some of you guys on here do this ---- daily.

It is different state to state. You can file it as an abandoned vehicle and if the registered owner doesn't reply within so many days it's yours. You can't buy it from ANYONE except the registered owner...legally. In AZ anyways....

go to your local licensing office and tell them someone has abandoned a car your property or something and you wanna try to get a title for it...
