I'd honestly like to try to see your wife make an argument for why Halloween is evil, first using religious, and historical references and second, without the aid of religious and historical references. Arguing her case only from the point of what Halloween exists as today and articulating as to why that is evil. It could be done very easily, but humor me. I'm bored.

LMAO....omg u guys are ------ hilarious. I remember when I was just given a time to be home, and from the time I went trick or treating to the time I was on my way home, we were knockin on doors saying "trick or treat" and if there was no candy or no answer, we'd throw eggs or smash pumpkins.
The best houses to get candy at were the ones with the lights off cuz they had someone jumping out of bushes to scare the kids.
The definition of halloween is the day for kids to get candy from strangers and it'd be ok. Who cares what the religious/historical meaning of it is
? it falls on October 31, and needs to continue....if u're not handing out candy, turn ur lights off and don't answer the door.
