alright so i pay this guy 900 for this stuff here http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=809280
and ------ fedex sends it to the wrong address so i have to wait 4 more days to get and, and i get it and look at everything that is wrong, the intercooler doesnt hold boost, it leaks when i put water through it, the injectors are all fucked up, the turbo has been rebuild with new seals but a fin is slightly bent and the blades are a little shaved, and there is a good amount of shaft play in it which means it needs a new center section. ---- im pissed off i'll up load pics later ----------er

if i were u i'd go over there and beat his ass or slap him another law suit! Just make sure saved all your IM's, emails, and correspondence so that it will make ur case stronger. thats all I got to say. Sucks that all of us are getting our ass ripped off but if u get ripped off dont fucken just say "oh well" better equip your fucken tools and fight back!

that sucks man.. but to help you out with your plea. Did he ever tell you they were all in good working condition? Because in that post he never said the condition of the items you are saying are messed up. So if he never specifically said the turbo has no shaft play, the IC holds boost etc you are up the creek without a paddle. I know it's shady of him, but life sucks.

honestly, that's why im buying all my parts brand new. for 3 reasons, 1)to make sure im not buying stolen goods cuz helping theives doesnt help us 2)to make sure the things i buy are in 100% good condition and 3)so i dont waste time and money with situations such as this one.
