My first Nintendo still works All you have to do to fix it when it stops working is replace this little metal contact point in the loading port. They tend to go bad for some reason. I have never had to replace mine though.

8 bit Mario music freaking rocks!

I used to say that nintendo was the ----. Then I downloaded the emulator just to play a few games and remembered how shitty the graphics were. It was the ---- back in the day before playstation and xbox. In a few years I'll say that they suck too compared to what will be out then.

I still think the original Nintendo was the ----! I love my PS2 but old NES games are just awesome.

BTW: I just saw that haunted NES on ebay....that is totally badass. If it werent up to $230 I would buy it to check that ---- out.

Yeah you can make a killing selling those things off. My roomate bought a brand new one with like 50 games for around 130, he played it once and now it sits in a box in the attic. People just like to have that ---- sitting around for some reason.

not to bring down this thread, but you can d/l a sim at: www.consoleclassix.com i have it on my computer. basically free to play nes games, but if you want to play snes, genesis, other stuff like that you have to pay a monthly fee. there were so many classic games for the nes!
