I always have a lot of trouble with newbieforces.com but it's nice since you don't have to register for anything.

You can try photobucket.com. It seems to be really reliable, well at least a hell of a lot more reliable than imagestation.

www.gameroom.com is free. You have to resize the pics because they turn out huge though. Also rename the files .txt or they won't show up for some reason. ???
