Default New Welder!!

Just picked her up like an hour and a half ago. It's a Craftsman Wire Feed Mig Welder, with a gas add-on. I'm gunna start 'er up tomorrow and see if I can get rid of some of the couplers on my charge piping.

.030 is the largest (so it says in the manual), but they gave me 1mm tips (.035 I'm guessing) with the kit, so I'm assuming that's the max I can run.

I don't think there's a "Welder's Handbook" online.. at least one that would help you weld. Honestly, best way to learn is to buy a flux core welder, and just go man. Trial and error, practice. Learn the basics of cleaning, jigging, a few different types of welds, spot welding and the welder itself.
