New turbo projects
 

I think we should aim to have everyone who is turbo'd on the site have their ---- on the projects page. I think everyone should go out and borrow a digicam and get some nice shots. The whole car, engine bay, ic piping, etc. Once the snow goes away ill be doing just this. Maybe we could even have this stuff in a new Member's Rides forum too, so members could comment. Just an idea i was thinking about.

Yes, this is a good idea. I'll make sure I get some photos when I start fabricating for my turbo project on the Civic.

i like how this site is laid out though, too many forums gets confusing, just look at honda-tech, clubsi, and so many of the sites with only 200 members that have like 80 forums and everyone's a moderator. i get what you're saying, it'd be nice to have a place to do that, but general works, and gets more hits anyways.

Is this for real? I'll gladly do a writeup on my Civic. It seems like my Twin Turbo setup brought a couple people to this site. I don't want to sounds like I have my head up my ass but it is almost at 10,000 views ;D

Pretty much, just take all the pics, and do a write up of all your parts list, along with any other info you think should be up.

Thats good, I've been documenting my LS/VTEC turbo very well. New clutch, axles and even an LSD are going to be documented as well. Hope that will help some ppl out.

i am currently in the works of turboing my h23 civic. just ordered a manifold from stealtmode. more parts will come as the cash is available. but in the mean time i got welder ready. it just needs to warm up in md. to cold to do anything but will post as i eventually start to make progress.

au contraire capitan ;D my neon is about 2 weeks away from starting, i've got lots of pics too. i'll get started on a write up- not a lot of people here will be helped by it, but it's nice to see something different every now and then.

It'll me pretty cool to see more HMT write-ups !!! I'll take some pics and stuff of mine and send them in if anyone is interested in seeing some ghetto ----, but the WRX turbo works great...

I'm also planning on doing a custom turbo project on my friends rex over the summer... I MISS WORKING ON MY CAR!

yeah, it was cool the first couple of times, but since your server isn't on the fastest connection and i only load the main page once in a blue moon all that flash is pretty intensive and loads slow as ----.

i'd go with something a bit more traditional - personally. just keep a clean look or something.
